Ryan Leber
Ryan has enjoyed a successful career within Estate Agency for over 16 years and has developed an excellent knowledge of all aspects of the property industry in that time. Specialising in residential sales as well as land and new home transactions his enthusiasm and passion mean he is always in the know. Ryan is delighted to fulfil his long term ambition of starting an Estate Agency with his good friend Sam. Having attended St Cross primary School and Broxbourne secondary School, Ryan has always lived locally and has a passion for the area, making his decision to open a shop in his beloved Hoddesdon an easy one. Married with two daughters and one son, Ryan’s aim is to continue to build a reputation based on trust and a quality of service that is second to none. He wants to change people’s perceptions of estate agents by building a relationship with every client where they feel comfortable enough to just call in for a chat and a cup of coffee.
Sam Andrews
Sam has enjoyed a successful career in the property industry for over 14 years, specialising in residential and commercial lettings. He has earned a reputation locally for his attention to detail and caring approach, ensuring your property is looked after properly. Being local to Hoddesdon most of his life, Sam has decided the time is right to open up Westwood Leber with his long term friend and work colleague Ryan in the thriving town of Hoddesdon. Dedicated to providing the best service possible he will go above and beyond to ensure that all his clients requirements are met. Dealing with large portfolios and high rent tenancies alongside single investment properties, Sam can provide a tailor made service, bespoke to each client’s needs.
Jacob Ryan
Jacob started his journey in Estate Agency over 8 years ago and already has a wealth of experience for his age. Having previously worked with Ryan and Sam for his whole career, it was an obvious choice to join the team at Westwood Leber given their fantastic working relationship. Jacob has a refreshing, upbeat and honest approach to his role as an Estate Agent alongside a fantastic willingness to learn and improve his knowledge, this has helped him to continually progress within the industry. With a natural ability to communicate with clients and understand their requirements, mixed with a huge enthusiasm for his role as an agent, Jacob is ready and on hand to find you your dream home.
Tom Jackson
Tom joined the Westwood Leber Team in 2018 having previously worked closely alongside Sam and has been fundamental to the expansion of our award-winning Lettings Department. Tom’s responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day running of the Lettings operations at Westwood Leber, ensuring that we are providing our clients with the best service possible. Tom prides himself on exceptional customer service and brings a friendly yet professional approach to the lettings industry. He has a fantastic knowledge of the local area having grown up in Hertford and Ware respectively. Outside of work Tom enjoys socialising with friends, running and can also be found at the London Stadium supporting his beloved West Ham United.
Dannielle Cornwall MARLA
Dannielle started her career in estate agency over 11 years ago, she has worked in both the sales and lettings sectors so has gained a wealth of experience in the property industry. Dannielle has found her passion within the property management side and strives to provide excellent customer services to both tenants and landlords. Having worked for both corporate and independent agencies she prefers the more friendly and family feel of an independent and is looking forward to a long career with us here at Westwood Leber.
Jaidene Colgate
Jaidene has recently joined the Property Management team here at Westwood Leber, helping us to ensure our landlords and tenants are provided with best service possible. Jaidene’s work experience started in hospitality where she developed her customer service and gained a wide variety of skills which eventually led her into Property Management. Ever keen to take on a challenge, Jaidene is on hand to deal with all day-to-day maintenance enquires. Outside of work she enjoys spending time socialising with her family and friends!
Elaine Andrews
Elaine has been a valuable member of the team since the start. She has proven incredibly reliable and has helped the lettings team with all administrative duties allowing them to focus on helping the relationship between landlords and tenants. Not only helping with admin, she isn’t satisfied unless every member of the team has a hot cup of tea or coffee!
Ollie Chapman
Ollie is our newest member here at Westwood Leber joining September 2022, with passion and determination to progress in the industry. He takes pride in excellent customer service and a friendly yet professional relationship with clients. First starting his career in estate agency in St Albans but having grown up in Hertford brings him great knowledge of the local area, matching properties with clients when needed. Carmelo Padalino
Carmelo joined our team in 2022 as a work experience student and has since become an integral part of our agency, working for us part-time. Carmelo has always had a fascination with property markets and investment opportunities. He studied business and economics in college, and he has a deep understanding of the financial aspects of real estate. As a junior negotiator, Carmelo has quickly developed his communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients. He is a natural problem solver and has a talent for finding creative solutions that meet his client's needs. We are proud to have Carmelo as a member of our team, and we are confident that he will continue to excel in his role as a junior negotiator.
Katie Suzan
Katie has been with the team since 2018 and is an integral part of the lettings team here at Westwood Leber. Using her previous accounts experience, Katie ensures all tenancies are up to date and transactions are made the same day for our landlords. Katie also handles all of our clients end of year accounts giving our landlords invaluable advice and help along the way.
Melissa Weekes
Mel has been working with Westwood Leber since the day the doors opened. She has shown a keen interest in providing content for our social media platforms and constantly improvising to help the Westwood Leber brand develop. Also, she is the proud mum of our beloved Frank the office dog who from time to time comes in to help with the enquiries!
